| ICETE is a global community linking eight continental/regional associations of theological schools: ACTEA (Africa); ATA (Asia); CETA (the Caribbean); EEAA (Europe); E-AAA (Euro-Asia); AETAL (Latin America); ABHE (North America); and SPABC (South Pacific). The Euro-Asian Accrediting Association (EAAA) is the youngest accreditation association in the family of evangelical agencies which are involved in the accreditation of Christian educational institutions. Work on its creation began in 1993, but only in 1997 was it officially established. |

As of the beginning of 2004 the EAAA unites 53 educational institutions and 5 other organizations which are interested in Christian education in the area of the former Soviet Union. |
