The Euro-Asian Accrediting Association (EAAA) is the youngest accreditation association in the family of evangelical agencies which are involved in the accreditation of Christian educational institutions. Work on its creation began in 1993, but only in 1997 was it officially established. |
As of the beginning of 2004 the EAAA unites 53 educational institutions
and 5 other organizations which are interested in Christian education in
the area of the former Soviet Union. |
The Main purpose of the EAAA is:
To help educational institutions in the countries of the CIS attain
international standards and to corroborate their academic and theological
level corresponding to accreditation.
|
One of the most important tasks of the Association is:
to bring together specialists in the area of theological education
and to help young schools in the CIS with programs, books, and other
professional helps.
|
One could say that this encapsulates the mission statement
of the Euro-Asian Accrediting Association.
